Kettlebell training should always be conducted with an experienced instructor as it is a highly technical form of exercise and incorrect technique could result in injury.

I’m Certificated StrongFirst level 2 / RKC 2 Instructor and has been training most of my life. Above all this though, I have an ability to make you feel comfortable pushing yourself. At Thaifight kettlebell London you will learn more than just kettlebell swings, you’ll learn how to improve yourself. If you are an office worker and because of the bad posture you have lower back pain with kettlebell drills you can strengthen your back to loose the pain.
