We integrate GFM movements to the classes as warm up at the beginning and warm down at the end. Also very beneficial for injury prevention, coordination, joint mobility and balance with a playful practice! The body is moving as a unit very importantly and makes the movement effective and functional.
The playful movements are giving feedback about your mobility, coordination, motion of range, etc! Crawling like a baby on the floor, or squatting isn’t easy when we are getting older, but with this practice you can have the benefit to feel the movement better, faster, and you just want to move more what is good because life is movement!
With the FMS ( Functional Movement Screen) we have a great system to find and fix the problem in movements!
