On these classes you’ll have 8-10 different stations and work different muscle groups with short rest between stations! You’ll use TRX, kettlebells and own body exercises! Great way to increase muscle stamina and endurance!

You get the benefits of muscle building and toning along with an intense cardio workout. If you get bored trotting along on a treadmill or elliptical, circuit training can fix that, too.
