Are you out of shape and feel the time has come to make a change? Then welcome to kettlebell London. Kettlebells are not just the latest fitness craze in Europe and America, they’ve been used for over 300 years in Eastern Europe.
In a Circuits class, the studio is set up with various exercise stations, you’ll move around each station and workout different muscle groups. You’ll work hard and test both your cardio and strength for an all-round challenge. These classes are based on own body weight, kettlebell and TRX exercises!
Ground Force Method
GFM is a movement system with intelligent, neurologically based training that creates positive change through skilled practice, flows and games – bringing creativity and fun to the fore for any fitness training and corrective work.
Functional Movement Systems
FMS is a ranking and grading system that documents movement patterns that are key to normal function. By screening these patterns, the FMS readily identifies functional limitations and asymmetries. These are issues that can reduce the effects of functional training and physical conditioning and distort body awareness.
