Muay Thai

The art of 8 limbs – Great for self defence or ring competition – with a heavy focus on body conditioning and specifically designed to promote the level of fitness and toughness required for ring competition.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is also called to the “gentle art” where a smaller person can learn how to defend himself against a bigger stronger opponent by using leverage and technique! Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is great for combat sport and for self defense too!

Circuit class

In a Circuits class, the studio is set up with various exercise stations, you’ll move around each station and workout different muscle groups. You’ll work hard and test both your cardio and strength for an all-round challenge. These classes are based on own body weight, kettlebell and TRX exercises!

Ground Force Method

GFM is a movement system with intelligent, neurologically based training that creates positive change through skilled practice, flows and games – bringing creativity and fun to the fore for any fitness training and corrective work.

Functional Movement Systems

FMS is a ranking and grading system that documents movement patterns that are key to normal function. By screening these patterns, the FMS readily identifies functional limitations and asymmetries. These are issues that can reduce the effects of functional training and physical conditioning and distort body awareness.

Flexible Steel

Flexible Steel system is a great way to get the right flexibility what you need for Martial Arts or any other physical activities! We integrate this kind of streching to the Thai Boxing and kettlebell classes too. Be strong and flexible at the same time, be Flexible Steel!

About me

I’m Attila Varga I have been doing martial arts since 1986 ( muay thai, boxing, brazilian jiu jitsu/purple belt).

Muay Thai Boxing is well known as one of the most effective stand up fighting system for competitions or self defences. I opened my first school for Muay Thai in Hungary in 1994.

I worked nearly 10 years in Hungary as a doorman, bodyguard and security guard and I’m sharing my experience for self defence or how to handle a situation.

I Came to the UK in 2004 and have been teaching Muay Thai Boxing ever since.

I’m also purple belt in Brazilian Ju Jitsu at the Carlson Gracie London BJJ club so I like to mix the stand up fight with ground work!
